Hi, I’m KellyAnn — a proud wife to Brent and mother to Anna and Eli.
In this season of life, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reflecting, and supporting women’s wellbeing.
I was raised in a culture – and built my first career – driven by performance, productivity, and perfectionism. Like many leaders, I learned to succeed through reason, strategy, force, relentless effort, and excitement to reach goals. However, my emotions, intuition and wellbeing had little room to prosper. I was navigating systems built around constant performance, pressure, and reward.
For years, I mastered that world. I led teams, traveled constantly, built impact, and wore achievement, revenue growth, and P&Ls like armor. But beneath the accolades, my body and spirit were keeping score. When motherhood entered the picture, the imbalance became impossible to ignore.
Burnout arrived as a reckoning — a hospitalization and a clear warning. What followed was not an exit from leadership, instead it invited a transformation of a different way of living and leading: one that integrates clarity, care, presence, courageous action and reflection.
This integration of – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing- became the foundation of a new identity and a new way of experiencing life and serving as a leader.
Our experiences are designed for women, mothers, daughters, groups & leadership teams who are ready to step away from constant noise and return to what brings strength and clarity.
Rather than addressing stress and burnout at the surface, we create space to explore what lies beneath — what has distracted us from our truth- and the ways our lives have been shaped by pressure and responsibility. Through intentional gatherings our retreats create safe space to support nervous system regulation, honest connection, and a renewed sense of belonging within a trusted community.

In the stillness that followed my burnout, I began to listen- beyond the noise of achievement, to the moments ‘in between’ to find the rhythm of my wellbeing.
Every Conscious Tourism journey is guided by the wisdom of the Four Elements of Wellbeing — a living framework that honors the whole human experience.

These elements became the map of my healing — and the foundation of Conscious Tourism.

Conscious Tourism is rooted in the human spirit, community-led, and devoted to emotional wellbeing, presence, and belonging.
We curate immersive journeys — retreats, local experiences, and collaborative gatherings — that foster joy, deepen connection, and strengthen our relationship with nature, ourselves, and one another. Through this work, we create spaces where faith is restored, hope is renewed, and people are supported in staying present and grounded, even in seasons of uncertainty.
This is travel calling a return — to presence, to truth, and to community.
